This is a special reminder to you that before you register as a user, please read this QuantDog License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this agreement. Your registration, login, use and other acts will be deemed acceptable to this Agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. ( Address: 3511, No. 28, Huaxia Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou ) and users regarding the QuantDog Software Services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). This agreement can be updated at any time by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. Updated terms of the agreement will replace the original terms once published without further notice. Users can consult the latest terms of the agreement in this APP.
After amending the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the amended terms, please stop using the services provided by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Technology Co., Ltd. immediately. Users who continue to use the services provided by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. will be deemed to have accepted the amended agreement.
_1. Users need to register a QuantDog APP Account before using this service. QuantDog APP Accounts shall be registered by e-mail. Users shall register QuantDog APP Accounts by using e-mailboxes that have not been registered in the QuantDog APP, and by e-mailboxes that have not been banned by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with this Agreement. Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. can change the way of account registration and binding according to the needs of users or products without prior notification to users.
_2. QuantDog APP is an APP product based on providing investment strategy consulting services to users.
_3. In view of the binding registration method for quantifying Dog Platform Accounts, you agree that Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. will allow your mobile phone number and mobile device identification number to be used for registration at the time of registration.
_4. When registering and using this service, Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. needs to collect personal information that can identify users so that Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. can contact users when necessary or provide users with a better experience. The information collected by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. includes, but is not limited to, the user's name and address; Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. agrees that the use of such information will be limited to the protection of the private information of users under Article 2.

If Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. discovers or receives reports or complaints from other users about violations of this agreement, Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. shall have the right to review and delete relevant contents at any time without notice, including, but not limited to, user data and speech records, and to impose, depending on the seriousness of the case, non-compliant accounts, including, but not limited to, warnings; Punishments for account, equipment and function blockades, and notifies users of the results of processing.
_2. Users who have been banned for violating user agreements may contact Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. Among them, users who have been banned from functionality will automatically restore the banned functionality after the expiration of the banned period. Banned users can submit complaints. Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. will review the complaints and make reasonable judgments on whether to change the penalty measures.
_3. The user understands and agrees that Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to punish acts that violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement according to reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and keep relevant information to report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations, etc. The user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
_4. The User understands and agrees that any claim, claim or loss, including reasonable attorney's fee, arising from or arising from any third party claim by the User in violation of the provisions of this Agreement shall be indemnified and protected from damages by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd., and its co-operatives and affiliates.
Once successfully registered, users become legitimate users of this platform and get a user name. Users will be fully responsible for the security of their usernames and login authentication codes. In addition, each user is fully responsible for all activities and events that take place under his or her user name. If users find any illegal use of user accounts or security vulnerabilities, please notify this platform immediately. This platform will ensure that your registration information, purchase information submitted during the purchase process is transmitted and properly saved as much as possible. Use the above information only when serving you.
Users are personally at risk for the use of network services. This platform does not warrant any kind of service, whether explicit or implied. This platform does not warrant that the service can meet the user's requirements, that the service will not be interrupted, and that the timeliness, security and errors of the service will not be guaranteed. This platform does not guarantee any information service or transaction process available on the website.
The Platform is not responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, special or consequential damages that may arise from the improper use of network services, the purchase of goods or services of the same type on the Internet, the transaction on the Internet, the illegal use of network services or changes in information transmitted by users. These behaviors may lead to the image damage of the platform, so the platform proposed the possibility of such damage in advance. In addition, for the normal operation of the site, this platform needs to perform downtime maintenance on the site periodically or irregularly, so you should understand the normal service disruption caused by such conditions. The platform will do its best to avoid service interruption or limit the interruption time to the shortest possible time. The Platform shall not be liable for any force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons that may cause the related payment-enabled block system in this Platform to crash or fail to function properly, resulting in your failure to complete or lose related information, records, etc. when you shop on this Platform. However, it will do its best to assist in the aftermath and to protect you from financial losses.
This platform has the right to determine whether the user's behavior meets the requirements of this platform's terms of service. If the user violates the terms of service, this platform has the right to interrupt the provision of its network services.

Any content transmitted or published by the user in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor can it be regarded as reflecting or representing the views, positions or policies of Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. is not responsible for this.
_2. Users may not make use of a Quantified Dog Platform Account or this service to perform the following actions:
(1) submitting or publishing false information, or stealing another person's image or data, or pretending to make use of another person's name; (2) forcing or inducing the attention of other users, clicking on linked pages or sharing information; (3) fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others; (4) setting up false accounts in batches by technical means; (5) engaging in any illegal or criminal activity by using a quantified dog platform account or this service; (6) Produce, publish, or operate or disseminate methods and tools related to the above activities, whether or not they are for commercial purposes; (7) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of the QuantDog APP or are not explicitly authorized by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd.
_3. Users shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, innocuity, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted by using the quantified Dog Platform Account or this service. Any legal liability related to the information transmitted by users shall be borne by the users themselves, not by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. If damage is caused to Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. or a third party, the user shall compensate according to law.
_4. Services provided by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. may include advertisements. Users agree to display advertisements provided by Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly stipulated by laws and regulations, users shall be responsible for the transactions based on the advertising information themselves, and shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by users due to the transactions based on the advertising information or the contents provided by the advertisers mentioned above.
Users or this platform can interrupt one or more network services at any time according to actual conditions. This platform does not need to be responsible to any individual or third party to interrupt service at any time. Users may exercise the following rights if they object to the subsequent modification of the terms or are not satisfied with the services of this platform:
(1) Stop using the network services of this platform.
(2) Notify this platform to stop serving this user.
After the end of the user service, the user's right to use the network service is immediately suspended. Since then, users have no rights and the platform has no obligation to deliver any unprocessed information or incomplete services to users or third parties.
All announcements to users can be delivered through announcements on important pages or text messages or regular mail. Terms of Service amendments, service changes, or announcements of other important events will take place in this manner.
The products leased by this platform will truthfully publish their parameters, data, historical achievements, and related authentic descriptions, including their advantages and disadvantages. The platform is only responsible for the authenticity and validity of the information transmitted and published. However, for the future performance of products, without any guarantee or guarantee, customers need to objectively and rationally judge the suitability of products when purchasing any products online. Any losses arising from product signals or strategies shall not be liable. Customers shall be fully responsible for any property losses arising. Any disputes arising from the strategy model should be settled through consultation, and any unilateral solution will not be valid.

However, how they will behave in the future will be constrained by many conditions such as market changes, hardware environment and human factors. Any user needs to understand and agree that quantifying invested products does not guarantee their future profitability before choosing a purchase model online. Any risk of capital shrinkage or loss arising from quantifying the products traded shall not be held responsible.
_1. We are not responsible for (1) force majeure or accidents; (2) The platform has abnormal information transmission due to any reason such as satellite transmission lines, telecommunications departments and network service providers on the exchange; (3) No fault on other platforms.
_2. You must keep your login name and password properly. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by your improper storage. You may not deny the validity of the contract for your own reasons, such as loss of information such as your password or theft.
_3. We shall not be responsible for any loss of information, data or property resulting from the use of services provided by us, including, but not limited to, leaks of information, loss of data, or loss of property, when third-party equipment, mobile communications equipment, public shared environments or computers are remotely monitored.
_4. If you enter your login name or platform account details into any service system other than the platform's secure login system and cause, but not limited to, losses in principal, profit, goodwill, use, data, etc., we shall not be liable.
_5. Service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks caused by force majeure, viruses, hacker attacks, defects in third-party services, government behavior and existing scientific and technological restrictions shall not be deemed as breach of contract by us, for which we shall not be liable for any breach of contract.
_6. Due to the special nature of network technology services, we are not liable for damages when you are unable to use our services due to the following conditions: (1) during the period of downtime maintenance or upgrade of our system; (2) The telecommunications equipment on which we depend has malfunctioned; (3) System updates, maintenance, service interruptions, delays or unavailability due to regulatory documents issued from time to time by government departments, laws and regulations, etc. (4) Other reasons not attributable to us

Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd. solemnly reminds users of the terms of this agreement which exempt Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd from liability and restrict users' rights. Please read them carefully and consider risks independently. Minors shall read this Agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.
_2. The validity, interpretation and settlement of disputes of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any disputes or disputes arise between the user and Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd., they should first be settled through friendly consultation. If no consultation can be reached, the user agrees to submit the disputes or disputes to the people's court which has jurisdiction over the domicile of Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd.
_3. Any provision of this Agreement, however invalid or unenforceable, remains valid and binding on both parties.
_4. The right of final interpretation of this Agreement shall be vested in Guangzhou Feynman Information Technology Co., Ltd.
